Hello Everyone. Welcome to the end of the week – well it’s the end of the working week which means life can settle down for a couple of days. It has been quite a busy week filled with appointments and unfortunately health rollercoaster but I love being able to get into my craft room and not focus on anything other than crafting.
But any way onto the craft project that allowed me to forget about the outside world for awhile. I decided to make another card for the Cheerful Sketches Challenge for October 2021.

I decided to have some fun with my distress inks and stencil and made this background and thought that the rectangle in the sketch could be represented by this old polaroid die from Kasiercraft. I cut the polaroid from cream metallic paper using my Gemini Jnr machine and then cut around this with my scissors and corner rounder. Some silhouette images from my supplies were found that I thought would work together and within the “photo” space; if I were to do this again I think that I would add more of the flower images – looking at it now it looks a little sparse. The rest of the sketch I pretty much stuck too.
So this is another take of mine of the Cheerful Sketches October 2021 Challenge. Thanks for stopping by and having a look at my creation, I hope that you find yourself doing something crafty today.
Until my next post,
Be Kind to Yourself and Others.
