Hello everyone. I have to say that I love public holidays because I get to spend time in my craft space. I was in here earlier as you can see from my previous post but after some lunch and playing a little bit of Animal Crossing: New Horizon I wanted to get back into my craft space and take advantage of feeling good today. So I went looking for a card challenge that was up and running this week and I found a fun challenge over at Time Out Challenges.
What a great challenge – I found some new to my craft room supplies so I decided to try to use something from this stash. Within this stash, I found the Dark Room Door Collage – Steam Locomotive stamp so I decided to try and use this in my creation.
My stamping attempt wasn’t 100% successful but I still liked the look of it. I didn’t put this into my stamping tool which meant that I couldn’t have a 2nd try at stamping – I knew that I should have but I thought no it will be fine! I kept this card on the simpler side as some people don’t like a lot of fuss on a card but I couldn’t resist adding a little bit of gold in both the star and scallop stickers. The sentiment is from Paper Rose Studio and it’s from their Black and White A5 Sentiment Sheets. These are great for adding a quick sentiment to a card and you know that they are going to be crisp.
Thanks for stopping in and looking at my card creation for the Time Out Challenge. I hope that you find yourself doing something that you love today and each day.
Until my next post,
Be Kind to Yourself and Others.

It looks “vintage” the way it is… I’m glad you weren’t able to go back and stamp it again! Thanks for playing along with us at Time Out Challenges!
